1. Sponsor & Administrator
The Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza “Free Pizza for a Year” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza, in partnership with Cavaliers Hockey Holdings, LLC (together, the “Sponsors”).

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza, Cavaliers Hockey Holdings, LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes will begin and end according to the Cleveland Monsters regular season (10/17/25 – 4/19/26) One (1) grand prize winner will be selected after the conclusion season.

4. How to Enter
During each “Delivery of the Game” promotion at Cleveland Monsters home games:

• A QR code will be displayed on the arena video board.
• Fans may scan the code and download the Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza mobile app.
• To enter, fans must complete the app download and sign-up process.
• Fans can also enter via social media posts through the official Cleveland Monsters social channels.

All eligible app downloads during the promotional period will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit: one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual using different accounts will be void.

5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: Free Pizza for a Year from Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza, awarded as gift certificates valid for one (1) large pizza per week for 52 weeks (total of 52 pizzas).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $750.
Prize will be presented in the form of Georgio’s gift certificates, redeemable at any participating Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza location. Certificates cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and must be used weekly (1 per week). Unused certificates will expire.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
Following the conclusion of the 25-26 Monsters Season, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the Sponsors or their designee, whose decisions are final.

The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided during app sign-up within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza and Cavaliers Hockey Holdings, LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza, Cavaliers Hockey Holdings, LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict of law principles.
